Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to purchases and use of Local Promo Studio content-production services.
Service scope
We create promotional images and matching captions based on information supplied by the client. The Standard and Complete Promo Packages do not include posting, scheduling, account access, Page management, joining or managing groups, responding to comments or messages, or paid advertising.
Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, reviewing content before use, securing rights to supplied logos and materials, and choosing where and how campaigns are posted.
Revisions and delivery
Packages include one consolidated revision round unless otherwise agreed. The expected delivery date is confirmed after required information and payment are received.
Package selection
The Standard Promo Package includes four promotional images and captions. The Complete Promo Package includes eight promotional images and captions. The exact scope, language selection and expected delivery date are confirmed before production begins.
Platform independence
Local Promo Studio is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Facebook, Meta or Google. Every Facebook Page, group and community may have different rules. Clients are responsible for confirming that business promotions are permitted and complying with the rules wherever they choose to post.
